Who we are

This website, nexuslinkco.com, is run by NexusLink Partners LLC. In this policy "we" and "us" mean NexusLink. The policy explains what the site collects, what we do with it and the choices you have. It covers this website only.

Send questions and requests to Connect@NexusLinkCo.com.

What you give us

The site has two forms. "Start a conversation" asks for your name and email and, if you choose, your company, phone number, the kind of help you need and a message. "Join our Network" asks for your name and email and, if you choose, your company, phone number, website, the areas where your clients need help and a message.

We receive what you enter when you send a form. If you email us, we receive your message and your address.

What the site collects automatically

We use an analytics service, PostHog, to see how the site is used. When you visit, it collects:

  • the pages you open, what you click, how far you scroll and how long you stay
  • the website or search engine that sent you here, and any campaign tags in the link you followed
  • your browser, device type, operating system and screen size
  • your IP address, which also gives an approximate location such as your city and region
  • technical measurements, such as how fast a page loads and errors in its code

PostHog also records sessions. A session recording replays the pages as you saw them, with your mouse movements, clicks and scrolling. Anything you type into a form field is masked in your browser before the recording is sent, so it does not appear in the replay.

If you send us a form, we link the analytics record from that browser to the name, email and company you gave us. This shows us which pages you looked at before and after you got in touch.

To recognize the same browser across visits, PostHog stores a cookie and similar data in your browser. The site has no advertising cookies.

Our hosting provider keeps standard server logs, which include IP addresses, the pages requested and the time of each request.

The site loads its fonts and some of its code from other companies (Google Fonts and the unpkg content delivery network). Your browser fetches those files from them directly, so they see your IP address and browser type, as they do for any website that uses them.

How we use it

We use the information to:

  • reply to you and follow up on your request or application
  • match you with technology providers and manage the work if you become a client
  • review your application and stay in touch if you apply to join our network
  • see how the site is used, fix problems and improve it
  • keep the site secure and stop spam
  • meet our legal obligations

If we send you email you do not want, tell us and we will stop.

Who we share it with

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it with anyone for advertising.

We share it with:

  • companies that run parts of the site and our business for us: website hosting (Vercel), analytics and session recordings (PostHog), our database, email delivery, our customer records system, and the firm that builds and maintains this site. They handle the information on our behalf.
  • technology providers we introduce you to. When we work with you on a technology need, we share the details a provider needs to prepare a recommendation or a proposal.
  • authorities and other parties when the law requires it, or when it is needed to protect our rights or someone's safety
  • a buyer or successor, if NexusLink is sold or merged

Where it is processed

NexusLink is based in the United States, and our service providers process information there. They may also process it in other countries where they operate. If you visit from outside the United States, your information will be processed in the United States.

How long we keep it

We keep form submissions, and the contact records we make from them, for as long as we are in touch with you or working together. After that we keep them only as long as we need to for legal, tax or accounting reasons.

PostHog deletes session recordings after 90 days. We keep other analytics data for as long as it helps us understand how the site is used.

You can ask us to delete your information sooner.

Your choices

The button below turns off analytics and session recording in the browser you are using now. The choice is saved in that browser, so repeat it in any other browser or device you use.

You can also block or delete cookies in your browser settings. The site works without them.

You can ask us for a copy of the information we hold about you, ask us to correct or delete it, or tell us to stop contacting you. Email Connect@NexusLinkCo.com. We may need to confirm who you are first, and we may have to keep some information, for example where the law requires it.

Some browsers can send a "Do Not Track" signal. The site does not respond to it, so use the button above.

Depending on where you live, the law may give you other rights over your personal information. We will honor any request it requires us to.

Security

The site is served over an encrypted connection (HTTPS), and we limit access to form submissions to the people who handle them. No website or storage system is completely secure, so we cannot promise that information will never be seen by someone who should not see it.

Children

This site is for businesses. It is not meant for children, and we do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 16. If you believe a child has sent us information, email us and we will delete it.

Other companies

The site names other companies, including technology providers. If you visit their websites, their own privacy policies apply.

Changes to this policy

If we change what the site collects or how we use it, we will update this page and the effective date shown on it.
